COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL’S TOP 10 PREDICTIONS FOR 2018

Offshore investors will turn their attention to urban commercial property and off-the-plan residential investments as the Government’s restrictions on foreign buyers take hold, Colliers International experts predict.

Other predictions include an increase in demand for warehousing as a result of online retail activity, and a boost to domestic online retail sales due to the more stringent application of GST on offshore purchases.

The Top 10, picked by Colliers International’s Research and Consulting team, has been an annual tradition since 2013.

PROXIMA RESIDENCES MODEL

PROXIMA RESIDENCES is residential development with a focus on exceptional quality, and they have a great location with proximity to the best of Auckland.

THE MODEL WORKSHOP worked with Vanessa from PROXIMA RESIDENCES and award winning Construkt Architects to build the 64-unit development for their Show Suite in Ponsonby Road.

Intended to make a statement, the building’s architecture is bold and unapologetically urban. The apartments are generous, liveable and all about elevating the expectation for inner-city living.

The material palette for the development includes naturally finished and painted concrete, timber soffits and glass balustrades.

On the KariKari Peninsula, Shanghai Zhongfang have lead an outstanding team of New Zealand architects Boffa Miskell and Warren & Mahoney to design their new Carrington Resort Expansion Development.

The design team commissioned a model from THE MODEL WORKSHOP to sell and communicate their development to buyers and other stakeholders, including residents.
