The Wellington International Airport was launching the Draft Master Plan for 2030 in a months time and we needed a architectural scale model that could be built and delivered in a very short timeframe for the press conference. We contacted The Model Workshop who immediately got on a plane to meet with us, talk about our needs and get all the required information.
The Model Workshop dealt directly, autonomously and remotely with our project managers, architects, consultants and internal departments gathering information and kept us informed through-out the model building process with updates and photos.
Even with a short timeframe, Mitchell and the team were able to go to a good level of detail with an amazing selectable lighting system, our signature Wellington International Airport “yellow bus".
